Was greeted by this pond, after the dark passage through the gate.

Entrepreneurial volunteering

 When the previous garden was completed to a satisfactory degree, the maintenance phase kicked in. At that moment it was a nice idea to just update/upgrade the community.
The Idea was through community funding implementing changes, the municipality is unable/unwilling to implement itself.

First project

At first tried to renovate all the neglected pots, and plots through our neighborhood. Informing the residents, and getting their permission.
Although the idea worked great on paper, and for some time it did flair up the neighborhood, much of the pots/plots dilapidated soon again.
Fortunately there are still pots/plots showing the transformation, but these projects do need tweaking towards sustainability.

Future Plans

 There have been multiple concepts, and conceptual collaborations with the municipality. However, non has taken of till now. It still seems like a worthwhile venue to update/upgrade the neighborhood, by just fixing the broken things within means, for now however, the priorities lie elsewhere.
