Number four already.
  • The last ink and brush drawing disappointed me a bit, so I wanted to make something better.

  • Today was the first time I joined the weet jij het (do you know) session at the center I volunteer. They approach questions there, in line with biblical scriptures. During the sesh this drawing started, finished it in the open air after. But hey this ride was heavy :)

The third run of art for 2023
  • While chilling in the park I was without paper the receipt served me well.

  • Finaly completed the SH sketch, about two days ago
  • This was the second drawing of today, it was good drawing in this style again.
  • This was a happy coincidence. The stain was at a good place.
  • Did this one yesterday, suitable to be uploaded today.

  • This made me reminisce about multiple life events, one--> dropping in high school multiple levels, and being condemned to repeat the grade, and a test during my academic period where it all fell down, and home boy still wanted to grab the crown. The first makes me grateful in retrospect, without that detour I would not have had time to discover the world like I did way back :)
  • The result was more to my liking than expected.
  • While waiting for goods to be delivered in the garden, I drew this critter, and her babies.

  • Back in the day decapitation was manual sometimes the first strike wasn't enough. Imagine having to hit a fellow like three time to finish the job wile everything gets messy.
  • Yesterday's second drawing, liked it a lot, yet the shed was drawn instead of a bush. Since I didn't know if my skill was good enough.
  • This was fun and a bit of an experimentation, since I wanted to experiment with more white of the page in my drawings.
  • This one was most time consuming but fun. The original text was I might get hard watching that, but that seemed a bit to explicit.

  • This was a good one, doing the background was very fun.
  • This one felt very simple, and not in the minimal sense.

  • This was done with two tones and white. It was fun and challenging to have these limitations.

  • Yesterday I went shopping at a garden center, there was this cute little kitten sleeping in the sun, I engaged with my right hand, and purring made the action grand.

  • There were some spaces in the other drawing that required, a drained brush, so I had to put some lines to drain some ink, that lead to this drawing.
  • This went smooth, and things came together smooth.
  • It was very just going with it, and seeing where it ended up. This time I dared not to just move away from one concept, but kept hopping on new trains, as they came along. It was also fun to add these multi interpretabel shapes.
